Now I've been doing a lot of hip openers lately

That's called the psoas muscle.
That causes a lot of pain and problems
if it's not moving right and because we sit so much,
it doesn't move right.
Okay, so we need to open it up a bit.
So we're gonna come up to the wall like I'm showing you
and we're just going to line it up
and open to the butterfly pose.
So your heels and wherever you are,
if you're up here, that's okay.
If you're down here farther, that's okay.
Wherever you're comfortable.
