Alright you guys, so as well as doing the yoga and stretching, and the strength training, I'm starting to do abdominal work, standing up.

So this is easy, you guys can do it too, just shift your weight left and right.

A little flow in there.

I'm so happy I found copyrighted music finally.

It's such a hard thing to do, I don't like having my stuff copyrighted, and I don't want to steal anybody else's work.

I'm also learning to make them my own.

Again, working on swinging the arms here, get them upright.

We got a little cardio here too.

Switch direction.

Record that.

Arms down.

Swing the arms up.

You're going to feel that rise in the lower shoulder blades.

Bring it down.

Back up.

Keep your core tight while you're doing these.

I really emphasize on pushing your hips.

It's an easy way to work your shoulders and your hips.

Arms out.

We're going to do a little twisting.

Side to side now.

Your legs never change, just back and forth.

Bring the arms side to side.

Core tight.

Don't forget to breathe.

A little cardio here.

Arms down a little bit.

If you find you're out of breath, just stop moving your arms.

Take a couple deep breaths.

When you're ready, start moving your arms again.

Reach the side.

Reach to the other side.
