Hi everybody, welcome to today's stretching.
So today I'm just gonna do a very slow stretch
on the inner thighs.
You know, you stand on your feet all day long
and we often forget to take down and stretch our legs out.
So as you're building your leg strength,
you wanna be sure to keep stretching those tendons.
So we're just gonna start.
I'm just gonna do a couple of hip openers.
So you're just gonna drop your legs down
and we're just getting that mobility going
in those hip joints.
And anything you can do to rotate your hips
whether you're using the yoga strap
to, you know, help your legs doing the windshield wiper,
laying on your back and doing the full leg windshield wipers
or just doing these modified versions.
They're really gonna help that mobility.
All right, so we're gonna put the legs out
and we're kind of doing a windshield wiper the same way
but we're just gonna go back and forth across the leg.
So you're getting some inner thigh workout.
Three, four, five, six, seven.
And last one.
Ooh, lower it down.
So when you're working that muscle,
you're doing the inner thigh
and you're also working the psoas muscle
and your core to keeping your stomach tight.
Okay, so let's do the other side.
So one, two, three, four, five, six, seven and eight.
