So I did some more stretching today and I'm just working on my back band.
So we're just opening up the back and I always say start slow.
We can also sit here and do some, you know, leg work, flexibility.
I have my legs again all bruised up from all the running to the chair.
So there and there is from the chair.
It must be from moving, packing.
I'm pretty much done.
I should hopefully have some information from the bank soon.
So, hope your fingers growth for me.
I'm just moving over just a little bit. It just felt like I'm not quite in the middle of my spine.
So I'll just readjust.
And this stretches everything out here underneath and everything in the hip flexors.
Ew, I'm gonna spit it out.
And always do a counter stretch when you do that.
And your back might feel a little bit.
tender because you're not used to doing it. So just go really slow with it even
though you feel like oh it's making it worse it's not. It's just a process that
you have to go through because you are putting the curve back in your spine so
it's kind of like think of it like braces. It's the same kind of thing you
have to keep doing the mobility keep doing those flexing stretches so that
you put your back back to normal
And if you can do it farther on your own without the wheel, you don't need it.
