Okay, I'm back to using the yoga wheel today.
And I'm just trying to get in the habit of doing it, you know, because that's how you, that's how you
get used to playing on it or practicing on it. I think of yoga as playtime for me because

And it just takes time, so don't give up on yourself.

I've gotten to the point where range of motion is working and now I'm working on just...
You just gotta keep stretching.
Once you get past the pain, get to the point of pain
because everything in your body has compressed as far as it can go.
So when you start stretching it out and you start getting your joints moving,
you've now reached the point of flexible.
The more you work with it, with your mobility, that's what it is.
You just keep working with your body until you get flexible.
