Easy seated neck roll, inhale, sit up.
Exhale, tilt your right ear toward your right shoulder.
Breathe in, fill the left side of the back like that.
Heavy the left shoulder down, breathe out.
Exhale and roll the head down toward the chest to get them over to the opposite shoulder.
As you inhale, guide the left ear toward the left shoulder.
Feel the right side of the neck stretch.
Breath out, soften the right shoulder down.
Breathe in.
And exhale.
Take one more breath in.
And exhale.
Stay for the exhale.
Inhale, sit tall, easy seated bent over, left side.
Exhale to the left ear, toward your left shoulder.
Breathe.
Exhale, relax the right shoulder down.
Inhale.
And exhale.
Inhale here.
Breathe out. Roll the head down toward the chest and take it over to the opposite shoulder.
Inhale, lengthen through the left side of the neck.
Breathe out. Let the head be heavy to the right and melt the left shoulder down.
