Yoga Instructor Shows off Her Form

Clothing- slim fit long sleeved sweater, long enough to cover your belly, low raise leggings/yoga pants (no shorts), barefoot, another G-string/thong (no micro) Scene- you are a sexy yoga teacher and your are showing some stretching lessons to a student (imaginary, look at the camera, you explain to your student how to do the exercises)...you begin sitting on the floor, doing some simple respiration or meditation exercises, then you begin with classic routine poses, some standing up and others on the floor, like stretching arms up and down, squats, leg stretching, lots of feet exercises (toe pointing, showing your arches), yoga poses and so on. The exercises show your skill, but also your sexy body... your student notices that, and after a while, he's completely addicted to your body and your moves...at first time you don't care about that, but you like when men staring at you, so you tease him with some sexy poses and seductive "allusions" (no strip and no "explicit" content).

Hi there! Thanks for joining my class. Are you ready to learn some new things?

Yeah? Well, we're going to start off with a breathing exercise. Now, in yoga, your

breathing is very, very important. So, we're going to learn to breathe in through

our nose and out through our mouth. And basically, what that does is it allows

you to relax. And relaxation in yoga is very important, so you can really push

the limits on how far you can stretch yourself. So, we're going to start with that.

I'm just going to ask you to kind of calm down with me. Just relax, let

everything go. You're going to want to sit in the same position as me. Perfect, perfect.

Now, again, like I said, you're going to learn to breathe in through your nose

and out through your mouth. Just like that. Perfect. Now, what we're going to do is

we're going to close our eyes and really allow our bodies to relax. So, again, in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Now, another thing that I want you to focus on is taking very deep breaths.

Now, in our normal everyday life, we rarely take a full breath, which is actually not the

healthiest thing to do. It can cause some problems. So, not only do you want to

practice these breathing exercises for yoga, but you'll want to incorporate them
