Welcome to today's workout. Today we're going to continue with the core and the legs. So

just warm up your body, assuming your legs are crossed. You want to take a deep breath

in, out. Flexing forward and backward. Keeping your core tight. Inhale, exhale.

and back to center.

Now we're going to lower down to the side.

You can only go up to here, just go up to here.

You can lower down, put your elbow down on the carpet.

And again, a nice deep stretch to that side.

Deep breath in.

Deep breath out.

Relax your head over to me.

You can let me know if that gets too hard.

And we're going to do some circles.

Just go nice and slow at the end.

You're going to get a really good effective stretch in your side.

And you want to work out that shoulder.

You're also getting a good stretch in the side of your neck.

And rest your arm.

and then just reach over. Open your chest up to the ceiling.

Put your head forward.

Again, slow.

Push yourself up.

Again, let them rise.

It's a very good stretch to stretch out your side

and to get your shoulders moving.

Now we're gonna do the same thing on the other side.

So lower down.

Get your head relaxed.
