Stretching your hamstrings everyday relieves lower back and hip pain.

Sit up nice and tall.

Elongate your spine.

It's very important to stretch your spine out before you do anything.

Twist it.

Imagine you are being stretched out from the sky.

Put your core in, your abdominals, your belly, whatever you call it.

You want to pull it back towards your spine.

If you can get in the habit of doing this every day,

what you are doing here is you are strengthening your core.

You might feel that as soon as you pull it in, you might feel it in different spots in your back.

You are just going to very slowly start moving from side to side.

You will also notice having your core tight that you breathe differently.

So when your core is tight, your breath goes upwards.

When your abdominals are just weak and you need to relax,

your breath goes downwards, which gives you a very shallow breath.

So if you keep it tight and you breathe upwards, when you breathe in,

you are expanding your lungs.

Now by breathing this way, you can strengthen your lungs.

A lot of people have been diagnosed with asthma, and really they don't have asthma at all.

Asthma is caused by many things.

I used to have it, and I am not an inhaler.

I haven't had an allergy attack for years now.

So what I started to do differently was, first of all, I got off all the dairy products.
