Well, hello and welcome to the next video.
So it's all about glutes.
It's all about legs, all about stretching.
And the only way to get them strong is to keep using them.
So hopefully you've done a little bit of warmup today.
And if you haven't,
please take time to stretch a little bit.
You don't want to go into these stretches
without being a little bit warm.
I've done a quick warmup already,
so I'm gonna just start right into it.
All right, we're gonna bring the foot up, right?
And you're just gonna hold your weight all on,
you're gonna push to the heel.
And you're just gonna slowly come up.
And, and come down.
Slowly come up.
Two.
Two.
Three.
5, really squeeze that thigh
6, you might be a little bit wobbly, that's ok
7, it's ok if you gotta sit yourself back up
And last one, 8, come back down
10, you gotta extend there
Lift the foot up.
So you're stretching the back of the leg here.
Take some breaths.
Allow yourself to sink down.
You're just going to lean forward, open that hip on the left leg.
Support yourself with your hands, make sure your fingertips, palms and then wrist.
You don't want to put all the weight on your wrist.
You can cause significant damage to your wrist and your thumb if you do that.
Always double check you are putting the weight properly on your hands.
