I'm going to tell you how to do it today.
When you take deep breaths, you just
allow your body to relax.
In any position that you are in, what it does
is it stretches out that area,
relieves all the tension, and you ***** yourself to relax.
So the breathing is a very essential part
to become pain-free.
So just take time, wherever you are.
Even if you can't go as far as I can
or do the same positions, just modify
to do what your body can do.
Eventually, if you keep doing these stretches daily,
you're going to start opening up your body.
All the compression that's causing the pain
is going to elongate, and it's going to release
all the pain that's in your body.
The pain is caused because everything is tight.
The muscles are shortened. The tendons are shortened.
So when you take time to move in these positions,
just go very slowly, and just go to where your body
will allow you to.
And then just hold in that position, and just breathe.
This is where your mind takes over.
You consciously have to allow your body to relax.
So wherever it's tight, move your arm or your leg
in that position. Just hold it, and just breathe
very deeply. Fill up your lungs with air,
and then expel all that air out.
and just allow that area to relax.
