doing.

So, I was just getting warmed up.

Let's put down our mats.

And I will show you some moves to get you warmed up.
Well, I hope so, because I have been really stressed out at home lately.

Well, I'm in the middle of this really nasty divorce, and I'm trying to move, and so,
anyway, you came really highly recommended, and I'm just looking to, you know, zen out
and just kind of release some stress today.
So, like I said, you were number one, so I hear.
Awesome.
Okay, well, get down on your mat, and I'm going to try to relieve all your stress for
you.

And we're just going to do some stretching first.
