Hello everybody, it's super hot in here today, it's like 105 right now, it's almost 6 o'clock.

So I just want to do a little stretching tonight.

You know as always when you don't feel like doing it, just sit down and do a free flow and just make it kind of a meditation time for yourself.

You know there's days when you just don't feel like you know, being too active or like I don't want to get too hot.

So I just had a shower so I'm all nice and cool and refreshed.

So I'm just going to do a little free flow, I'm going to do some leg work today.

And let's just start with that.

So windshield wiper the legs, put the hands behind and open up that chest, head back.

Just take some nice deep breaths.

Bring your head forward and backwards.

You can also move your head side to side.

Push that chest forward.

And that will make you yawn because you're stretching out all the muscles in your neck and your throat.

And that's what it did.

And slowly come up.

And now we're just going to come forward.

Nice deep breaths.

Just slowly like that.

You know, if you're up here, that's okay.

If you need a pillow, use that pillow.

Just come down into Bharatiya Gayana.

Now you might be way up here, that's okay.
