This is no joke, I've had a bad back for over 20 years. I've gone to numerous physical therapist plus a chronic pain clinic that was a six week Monday through Friday program. In my life I've had a discectomy, artificial disc surgery and spinal fusion in my lower back. These are the back stretches that I do every day in the morning and then the evening and by doing so my back remarkably remains relatively pain-free.

I developed a bad back over 20 years ago.
I had a disc ectomy and then I really made a bad decision and went with an artificial
disc that eventually got pulled off the market.
And I had lower back fusion, two levels.
So I've got a bad back.
It's doing pretty good now, but I do stretches every day to keep it loose.
And these are those.
The first one is just really kind of doing it.
I do 20 of these and it's to kind of really loosen things up.
You wouldn't think it does that much, but there's been a number of times where my back
feels out of sync.
And just doing this, I hear and kind of feel more rather like a crackle, a snap, something
kind of shifting, loosening up, going back into place.
So I do 20 of these.
Call them windshield wipers, whatever.
So let's say that's 20, I've been keeping count.
Next up is put your one leg over the other knee and push here gently.
This loosens up the muscles that are connecting your thigh and your upper back.
Kind of stretches them out.
I do two of these on each side and then switch over here and then do the same thing.
Hold it for about 10 seconds or so.
I like to play with my nipples while I'm doing it.
I already came once today, so I don't know if I'll get hard spontaneously or not, whatever.
