Hi guys, it's me Hannah James and I'm back today with a yoga video. So what I'm gonna do is gonna

be based on the lower body but we're gonna do a little bit of upper body in between a few moves.

I've done a lot of legs this week and I really really really need to fix this quad

so I'm gonna show you how kind of how I would do that myself. We're gonna start in my favorite

downward dog. What you're going to do is you're gonna face this way,

is bring your feet hip width apart, come back on the mat a little bit.

I'm gonna swing forward, hands on the floor, walk yourself out

and you're going to push your armpits a little bit forward.

Take a deep breath in, hold the mat if you're sliding and breathe out. Press those heels down.

Walk those heels in if necessary.

Look to the left

and look to the right.

Bend those legs to increase the stretch on either side.

So now you're going to bring your right leg and walk it forward to meet your hands.

Breathe out to bend, come into a lunge.

You want to keep a right angle here. Use your toes for balance, spread them out,

push this heel back and push this head forward. Lamping this leg here. Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Arms out to the side.
