Nothing other than there are several dozen guards crammed in there.
If entering is not allowed you must devise a way to draw them out.
How about another diversion, like the ship at the gate or the carriage?
Possible, but we'll need something big if we want to lure as many of the guards out of the dungeon as possible.
Just not sure what would do that, unless we tin their numbers using a small diversion and then attack the rest of them out inside.
