Warm Up: Four Dozen with the Spanker Machine

After some time away from the machine I started my routine again, this is just a warm up with the thicker cane (10 mm) and the first dozen is with a (somewhat) reduced strength setting of the machine. One dozen hits with the 10 mm cane at strength nine and three dozen at full strength.
