A few months ago, I was in LA for my first real job interview since graduating college.

I've always known I'd move to California at some point in my life, so the prospect

of doing it was very exciting to me.

While it was a little intimidating moving to a state where I didn't know anybody, it

was also exciting.

I could be anyone, start fresh, and do things exactly as I wanted without any of the baggage

from my life.

And when I saw him, I couldn't think of a better way to take that first step.

A fantasy I've always had started to look more real than it ever has.
