Welcome to today's class.

So today we are going to work on the shoulders a little bit as well as doing the hips.

Okay, so again we are going to use the wall and you are just going to kneel in front of it.

And just pull your arms.

Just put your arms up onto the wall. If this hurts to sit like this, you can put a block or two or a pillow just to sit you up higher.

If it hurts your legs, adjust as you need to.

We're just going to put the hand onto the wall and we're just going to very slowly rotate the arms here.

You're just getting the shoulders done. Elongate through the spine so you're sitting up straight.

And just take long breaths. You want to just rotate the arms.

And then I'll do this. And all you're doing here is getting mobility in your wrists and you're also starting to work your shoulder blades.

Okay. So after about five or six of these, then I want you to walk the hands up a little bit higher.

Keep them shoulder width apart and you're just going to lean forward. Put your elbows onto the wall.

And just hold this pose. Breathe.

and then slowly come up. Then walk the hand up a little bit higher and just

going to lean forward. So you're getting a good stretch in your shoulder blades.

And just allow everything to relax.

You're just stretching out the shoulders.
