it takes elements of sports like gymnastics and also sports like dance.
It's basically just an artistic way of moving across terrain.

I mean it is called free running so there's a lot of room for you to be creative.

And is there actual competitions for this?
It's not an Olympic sport or anything like that obviously yet but they have local competitions.

So yeah, I do have been doing a lot of parkour and free running.
Trying to train every day or at least every other day.
