I hope you're ready for some nice stretching today.
Okay.
So first, you're going to bring that leg out in front.
And then you're going to bring that leg back in front.
Drop the back leg.
Stretch as much as you can.
Get more comfortable.
Hands back out.
Now the other leg comes forward.
Push the other leg back.
I hope you don't mind my stretching practices.
They're a little unconventional.
Dig that toe in.
And lift up.
Hands back on the ground, both feet together, and drop it down.
Breathe out, breathe in.
Now a little bit of downward dog.
Don't worry, we'll do this one multiple times.
Okay.
Let me see if you can touch your toes.
I'm still working on it.
Alright, take your hand, go across the carpet.
Reach for that tone.
And now the other way.
Legs back together.
Stretch opposite arm to opposite leg.
Okay.
Now to finish some stretches.
Breathe in. One hand goes behind your back.
The other one comes up and try to reach.
And the other way.
Shake it out.
Deep breath.
Spread your legs and let out and go to touch the floor.
Walk your hands out.
Downward dog.
Okay.
Cal.
Okay, now come back, sit on your knees, take another deep breath.
Lean your head to the side.
To the other side.
My favorite finishing stretch.
