Good morning everybody.

Okay, so today we're going to stretch those hamstrings.

Bend the knees, keep the core tight, legs tight.

Drop down, engage the core, drop down.

Walk the legs forward. We're going to bend the arms, bend the knees, keep everything engaged.

Hands back on the floor, fingertips on the wrists, back on the legs.

Open up into a wire stance here.

You can either hold the pose or raise and lower.

Stretching out the back of the hamstrings.

You can also move the hips left and right.

Just keep your legs engaged.

Now we're going to extend the leg backwards.

Go as far as you can. You might only be able to get a little ways up.

And we're just going to do a couple of these.

And switch sides.

Alternatively, you can turn towards the wall and extend your foot up the wall for support.

Keep everything engaged here.

Switch sides.

And then go back to the other side.

now you can bend the knee or straighten it on the standing leg

same with the one on the wall

you can also drop your foot down and open up

And do the same on the other side.

It takes a long time to stretch out the backs of those hamstrings, but the more you do that

stretch, whether you're just leaning forward or using the wall, the faster you're going

to get stretched out.
