Hey guys, welcome to my Radical 1986 workout.

Hope you're ready to work up a sweat with me.

First things first, make sure you have your dumbbells with you to tone those arms.

Make sure you have a jump rope handy too so we can sweat those pounds off.

Don't forget your water, it's very important to stay hydrated.

Alright, before we get started, it's very important to stretch first.

We're going to start with our arms. Take your left arm and stretch it over your head.

And then the left. Very good.

Now touch your toes.

If you can't reach your toes, it's alright. Just do your best.

Hold there.

Good.

This is called the butterfly position.

Put your feet together and bend over.

Okay, bend over and touch your toes.

Good. Make sure you're bending from the hips.

Grab those dumbbells and start sweating.

Take one in each hand and lift.
