This is the second charge laid against Cherry English, it states that she wilfully broke her stepbrothers expensive phone. She of course denies this but there is ample evidence that she is not telling the truth. After considering the evidence Judge at home Stern decides Cherry is guilty and that her punishment which will be carried out immediately will be a really hard thrashing with the taws of justice

For those just joining us, these are the first cases to be brought before the judge at home.
This is a special domestic court where all parties have agreed to abide by the decision of the judge, Judge Sarah Stone.
All cases are heard in situ, that means in a domestic setting rather than a courtroom, so that the punishment can best reflect the crime.
Cherry Inbish, this is the second charge laid before you this day.
You were found guilty of the first charge and punishment has been carried out in the prescribed manner.
