the Shreveport notary whose name was on the will. A woman named Penny Penner.

******. So we went back to Penny Penner, and we said, "Look, Penny, we know the deal
here. You're lying. What's going on?" At that point, she says, "Yeah, I'm not gonna lie to you.
This is what happened." Confirming the other witness's account, the notary said that after the ******, she'd
been approached by Katie Passanetti. Katie had claimed she was worried about
Loretta's inheritance. In Louisiana, if you are not married, you don't have any
rights of inheritance from somebody if you're just living with them. Penny
