So today we are going to be on the floor standing up.
We are still working on the core strength and the legs.
So let's get to it.
We are going to squat, lift the leg up.
Just four of them today.
Okay?
Then we're going to come forward.
We're going to do that front lunge.
So remember you're going to be wobbly.
So you're just going to pause up and down.
Push through that heel.
3, 4, back to center. Switch sides. Down. 3, 4, back to center.
Take a minute to stretch out those legs.
You can kinda roll the shoulders a bit.
Good, now we're gonna squat down.
And we're just gonna step from left to right.
So, just take a deep breath in.
Step out.
Step up.
Step out.
Step up.
Now if you want to mix it up a little bit, you can go step together, step, step together,
step, step together, step, step together, step, step,... step,step,
You really gotta think about that one.
I don't think I was doing it right when I first started.
I can stand it.
Alright, hang tight, I'm gonna send you a vet bag.
You know, so you lift your leg up, you're just going to extend it out and back.
Now go up on the other side.
Core tight.
Now you can see I'm only doing 4 on this.
But you will see a big difference.
You start to feel the burning right away.
