It's the day before the swim competition, and your swim coach has some tips for you. I show you some stroke modifications, and try to motivate and encourage you to enhance your performance. You get me so horny I have to reward you with a nice thick creamy load.

The big swim meet is tomorrow, so I appreciate your coming over for some last minute tips

before the meet.

The coach is here to help give you confidence.

A few things for you to remember before the meet tomorrow is to remember to do your stretching

exercises before.

I'll give you a bit of a reminder.

This one's going to be good.

Don't forget this one.

And it's also a little bit of a meditative thing before you start encouraging each other.

There's something in your stroke that I want you to focus on.

And when you do your freestyle sprint, and also for the long distance part, make sure

that your body's got that momentum and pushing the water ahead of you so you get a trough

of air right there.

You breathe right about into your armpit there.

That's where you take your breath.

Your head is pushing and your body is pushing and creating a trough of air for you there.

So don't forget that.

And otherwise, I don't agree with that.

I think that the benefits of stroking it and finding ways to pleasure yourself the

before the meet is going to take your mind off of any hesitation that you have.

And I think it will be a benefit to you.

But of course, that's your choice.

But coach just has your best interest in mind.
