Alyssa Kayson is looking to rent a house for the summer and is checking out Mr. Smith's property. When she arrives, he has her take off her sexy high heels before taking her through the house so they don't track dirt everywhere. After they tour the house, they take a seat to discuss the rent, but unfortunately it is a bit under her budget. When she excuses herself to use the restroom, she is surprised to find the landlord admiring her high heels when she returns and he comments on how little her size five feet are. She really wants the place so she negotiates the pricing, seducing him with a foot job, but will foot milking him make him lower the rent?
