Alright, good morning everybody. So today I'm going to do some stretching for you.

Just individual stretching. When you start your healing process, I want to

show you guys just sit with your legs out, feet up, core engaged, sit nice and

tall. This is one of the basic basic poses of yoga. I don't even like to call

it yoga because I focus more on mobility. But getting your body moving is key to

stretching out and getting rid of the pain, getting rid of those pinched nerves.

Alright, so we're just gonna sit, you're gonna point and flex your toes. This is a

great way to start with the bottom of your body.

Even those ankle joints. And your feet take your weight all day long. They carry

you around all day long. So give thanks to your feet because they are doing a

lot for you. A lot of people have frozen toes and they don't realize they have

frozen toes. So if you can point your toes down and flex your toes back, you're

gonna feel which toes are not moving. And obviously it's just the ones that can't

move. Recently I discovered that my toes were frozen and I didn't know it until I

started doing my yoga certification course. And it takes time to get your

toes from being unstuck. Think of it this way, I'm 52 years old, I've been wearing
