Stretch down, really stretch out that side, you want to push your hip down.

Alright, do some shoulder rolls.

Bring those arms up and just move left and right.

You're going to feel that underneath the shoulder blades right in between the lower back.

Bring your arms to the front.

Just opening up that shoulder blade.

This is a great mobility for your neck.

Alright, so the last couple of days I've been working on my arms.

I kind of go back and forth, you know, that's kind of the key.

If you can't do, you know, 8 hours of full body stretch, start at the top and work your way down.

Then you need to find ways to very quickly do all the areas.

Or, you know, every day do something different.

But you want to do the, you know, your entire body.

Kind of just do your arms and expect your legs to heal, you know.

You'll have to take time for each area.

So, if you're tight in your neck and shoulders, then start there.

Start just that mobility in that area.

And then, you know, the next day do your hips and your legs.

A lot of people just think, "Oh, I'm tight in my shoulders."

So that's where it needs to work.

But actually, if you're tight in your shoulders, you're probably tight in your legs and your hamstrings, abs.
