So today we're going to work on opening up the mid-back.

So first thing I'm going to do is come down into ******* pose.

Take a couple deep breaths.

Really round up.

And then come up onto tabletop.

And we're going to do some cat-cows.

So just lower down.

Drop the abdominals down.

Inhale.

And as you exhale, round everything up.

And just go at your own pace here.

You can hold at the top and take a breath in and out.

Or you can go a little bit quicker with it.

Keep your core tight.

You can also put the hand back. You can also push the jaw forward.

Come back down on your feet and just come up into a wide leg, ******* pose, cobra pose

combo.

I'm just going to rotate the hips here, very gently, left and right.

Just getting some hemobality.

And we're going to squat down.

Try to get to the ground a little bit more if you can.

Slowly come down to your elbows.

Bring your knees back in.

We're going to come up onto the elbows.

I want you to put your hand on the side of your head.

Take a deep breath in, core tight.

Lift your elbow up to the ceiling.

Now pay attention to your body because this hip has a tendency to move forward.

So you want to make sure it stays in alignment.

And this shoulder has a tendency to drop like this.

You want to make sure that that's parallel.
