Today I'm going to do a little bit different.
I just want to work the backs of my legs.
I've been doing a lot of standing lately.
One spot, just kind of doing my office work.
And my hips are getting a little bit tight.
The backs of my legs get tight.
But the bottoms of my heels get sore.
So I need to stretch out the back of my calves and my ankles.
What happens when you stand in the same place for a long time
is your heel gets compressed and there's a nerve that runs along the heel.
And that gets compressed.
And that's what causes your legs to go a little bit numb on the bottom of your heel.
It gets sore if you have those symptoms.
It could just be because you're compressed.
If you sit a lot, it can just be from poor circulation.
I went to the store yesterday and I bought the Sisquad cheap poodle noodle for $0.90.
And I cut it into a workable size.
And I want to show you.
You've got to do just like, it's kind of like massage.
You just roll it back and forth along the back of the calf muscle.
And it's kind of like massage.
And the foam kind of folds around because it's flexible so it moves.
So just keep your hands fairly close together.
And just massage.
Just let it roll back and forth in your hands.
It feels really good.
It feels like a massage.
