The session that started my journey with Mistress April. Very nervous and unsure of myself, along with no idea what I'm looking for yet. I will always be grateful for Mistress April's patience. While looking back at this event feels strange given how much I've grown, this will always be a very important event in my life.

Do you have any medical problems?
I do.
I get headaches quite frequently and I have a non-24 ***** cycle.
It's called non-24 circadian rhythm disorder.
How about anxiety?
Not much at the moment.
I used to have -- like, there's things that scare me.
Like the time before I got diagnosed with N24, I don't like talking about that much.
I get anxiety when I talk about that.
I think about it too much.
I'm also afraid of needles.

I have a phobia of dentists.
If somebody gave you a million rand tomorrow, what would be the first thing you'd do?
Transition. Get surgery.
