Oh, well that means you just have to work harder. Yeah, I guess. Alright, well go sit over there. Don't be in my way.
Alright, so for the deadlift you want to stand with your feet like, hip width apart. Okay?
Bend over. Put your butt down. Keep your back straight. Okay? And your shoulders want to kind of be in line with the barbell.
Keep it close to you. And then as you start to stand up, don't straighten your knees until the bar is like past your knees.
And then stand tall. Does that make sense?
That's kind of hard to see what your hips are doing with the shorts on.
Since you're wearing a swimsuit. Yeah.
So again, start at the bottom. Go slow.
That make sense? Yeah.
So you do it from the hang too. So you just put your butt back. From here. And then squeeze. And hedge it.
All the way down. I mean as long as you have mobility. So, like, my bottom is down there.
My heels are still on the ground. My back is still straight. You don't want to be like this. Or like this.
