Hi guys, welcome back to my YouTube yoga channel. So today I'm gonna be doing a

small yoga workout for the entire body and this is something you can do at home

so we're gonna call this the home yoga workout.

So what we're gonna do is start up in ******* pose. So we're gonna come down

to our knees and push back. Slowly reach out and take a breath and then you want

to come into a table position and just take a minute to breathe and then you're

arch your back as you breathe in and come back onto your heels. Press your knees

apart to stretch the hips and put your chest towards the floor. Next what you're

gonna do is bring your knees together, take your hands all the way to the front

of the mat and come into the puppy posture. Just take a minute to breathe.

Look side to side and then transfer your feet to your toes. Push some weight into

your hands and come up into your plank towards the yoga position called cobra

and then once again you're gonna come back to your knees to this tabletop

position and take one arm out and readjust your position so you don't hit

the floor.

And bring it all in like this.

And repeat on the other side.

And bring it back in.

Again and now we're gonna work towards the downward dog position and then

you're going to come back down into downward dog and bring one leg up and
