You can apply some lotion to your own arm, so you can use it from there whenever you

Apply some of the body lotion or of the oil to the face with both hands, but omit the
eyes.

line of the forehead with both your thumbs.

Support your recipient until she is lying on her back.
You move to your next position at the top, right next to her head.
