So today we're going to start.
Arms up.
Take a breath in.
Slowly come forward.
Arms up.
And down to the left.

Now when you first start doing these you might feel like you can't get down all the way,
you might feel a little jittery when you do it and that's just your body getting used
to moving.
So if you can't go down all the way just modify.
It's okay if you only go up here.
You can also bend your knees a little bit if you want to help yourself get down.
But to get the full benefit out of this stretch you need to keep your legs straight.
Now we're just going to take it out of the center, this way lean over to the side, left
and right. Don't worry about getting down to your foot if you can't. You can also step
out wider, keep your core tight when you do them.
Angle your own pace.
You need to go slower than me.
I'm just starting to pick up my routine a bit more, challenging myself.
Alright.
Now we're just going to pivot the front leg,
step it out a little bit farther,
and you're just going to drop down into that front leg.
You're going to push through the heels, arms out, look forward, core tight.
Pay attention to your arms.
They should be shoulder level, not up or down.
And the lower you go, push through your heel.
