Hi guys! Welcome back to this week's YouTube yoga video. So today I'm gonna be

doing a nice little stretch for you but do make sure you head over to my Patreon

than my YouTube videos. So for now let's just get down onto this mat and crack on.

Okay so we're gonna start today's video super slow in the ******* pose.

You put your arms forward, reach back, press your hips down and press your forehead

heavy on the mat. Take a nice breath. In through the nose and out through the mouth.

And then come forward to your hands and your knees. Arch your neck and your back and open your chest down.

And then exhale towards your stomach. Arch your spine. You can work forward.

And come back to the ******* pose.

And now let's repeat this a little faster.

And now let's reverse this.

And take a minute to breathe.

And now you're gonna transfer into the downward facing dog. Putting your weight in your hands, pushing forward and put the weight to your hips.

Try and lengthen your spine by pushing your hands out and your heels down.

Gently walk those heels out and press the opposite hand to the heel.

And then press both heels down to the floor if you can as you equally press both hands.
