Hi, I'm Will Tantra and welcome to the room of the physical, the room of the body, and

the room of the senses.

As a sex and tantra coach, two of the most common topics that are brought up from my

clients are connection and authenticity.

Clients ask, "How can I become more connected to both myself and others around me?"

And within those connections, "How can I become more authentic?"

So barring from the room of the spiritual, as soon as we express a desire, the universe

goes to work, creating circumstances and events to help us get there.

Our job is just to relax and let the answers in.

So the following moving meditation can be a very powerful tool for connection and moving

towards authenticity.

And this is called sensuous morning meditation.

We came here to planet earth to really explore our environment with our senses.

And we were born with intuitive skills to enjoy our senses even more.

And these are the tantric principles of pleasure.

And the three we'll talk about today are breath, sound, and movement.

While experiencing and appreciating one of your senses, if you incorporate breath, sound,

and movement, you will both amplify your experience within that sense, spread it around your body
