Hey you guys, so today I'm here with myself and my friend Justin.
We're going to be showing you guys a few different ab exercises that you can do with both yourself
and the partner.
Firstly, we're going to start off with some Russian twists.
Second, we're going to go right into our planks, partner planks that is.
And third, last but not least, we'll be doing some partner sit-ups together.
Let's get into it.
Okay, awesome.
So, for the first exercise we have our partner Russian twists.
Essentially, we're going to be working our obliques, those side abs.
I'm going to take the medicine ball, pass it to one side, and when I pass it back to
you, that's when it's your turn to take over.
Got it?
Let's do this.
Okay, great.
So, legs are up.
Here we go, side.
And the other person's going to bounce.
Beautiful.
Yeah, good form.
Fantastic.
Feel those obliques burning, yeah?
Yeah, this is providing a lot of support and a moral.
And physical.
And then you lay all the way back down.
