Hey guys, it's Blair. Today we're going to be doing part 3 or 4 of our stamina challenge
for the month of July 2022.
The goal is by the end of these videos to have a better understanding of your orgasm
and hopefully help you increase your stamina gain, whether with your partner or in your
quest to master masturbation.
If you really want to last longer and nothing that we've gone over so far is helping, don't
worry, there are lots of options to explore.
Pelvic floor exercise. Strategic tightening of the pelvic floor muscles can give you greater
control of your orgasm. The method to locate your pelvic floor muscles is to start urinating
and then stop midstream. The muscles used to stop urinating are a good target to strengthen
your pelvic floor muscles. Try tightening the same muscles every day to increase your
control and strength of your pelvic floor muscles. A study found that 90% of people
that undertook a 12 week pelvic floor strengthening program were satisfied with their improvements,
averaging a 300% improvement. This improvement did fall over the 36 month follow up though
down to 60% satisfaction, suggesting that pelvic floor exercise might be more effective
when continuously performed.
