It's important to do these leg openers every night or every other night if you want to get your hips moving.

Start with the windshield wiper.

Go very slow, nice. You don't have to go fast. You actually want to go slow at the

beginning because you're teaching your muscles to start moving again.

So you go slow, you're going to remember quicker as opposed to going fast and

injuring yourself.

Draw down.

And slowly lower.

I'm going to turn around, but my hip just adjusted and cracked for me.

And slowly stretch down on the back.

Let's go to the other side. I'm going to do these twice tonight.

The second time I'm going to try to keep my hip down on the ground so I don't lift it up as much.

And switch legs.

So very gently we shall wipe them back and forth.

And lower to the ground.

Really stretching out that back hip.

Nice deep breath.

Give you a good stretch.

And back to center.

Take a couple of deep breaths and relax.

Bring your legs in.

And slowly lower to the right.

and pick them up and then we'll turn left

And back to center.

And that's all I have for you today.
