Well, good morning everybody.
So today I'm doing a voiceover, woohoo!
Because again, my stupid mic isn't working right.
Anybody can recommend a really good mic
that you just plug in, it works really good,
it doesn't pick up a lot of noise.
Please let me know.
Anyways, we're doing a warmup today for the knees.
It's really good to stretch out your knees.
Inner thighs, you wanna stretch out your inner thighs
very slowly so you don't pull or tear or damage
the inside of your kneecaps or your inner thigh area.
So it's good to warm up before you start
doing any kind of deep stretching.
So just take your time,
allow yourself the flexibility to move in.
You know, just be gentle with yourself,
don't go too fast, just go slow.
Just do what your body can do, that's the key.
Listen to your body.
So we're just going to sit with your leg 90 degrees.
Second leg is bent at 90 degrees
and we're just going to lift that leg up,
warm up that hip joint.
And I'm doing 12 on each side,
so feel free to take nice deep breaths
while you're doing these ones.
This is a great hip opener.
Great hip opener for you.
And switch sides.
Kind of slip that knee up very slowly, rotate it back.
And if you can't go all the way up,
just go where you can.
It's going to feel a little bit weird in the hip joint
