So, we're going to open the hips, lower down, deep breath.

And now I want you to step to the outside of your hands.

Then we're going to just lower down and stretch out the hip flexor.

And if you can, come down onto your elbows.

This leg is going to go that way.

You can kind of rock it back and forth just to see which side feels better.

You can stretch in, keeping it close to the shoulder.

Make sure your shoulders are pushed down your back.

And you can also let the leg fall out.

And when you're ready, shift up onto your elbows and lift that back leg up.

Squeeze your leg muscles.

And lower down.

Come back up.

You want to walk the foot to the center.

Sit back.

Just relax.

Tip the leg up.

Stretching on the back of the calf.

Do the same thing on the other side.

Bring the foot to the outside.

Lower down onto your elbows.

Shoulders down and back.

Again, the leg is going to go out. Again, play with pulling it in and out.

It's good to stretch both sides.

You can stretch out.

You can pull it in and stretch.

Relax the shoulders.

And when you're ready come back up onto your elbows, lift your foot.
