okay now I'm going to do this is a good one to get the anger out of your body

we all have a lot of inner anger so you're basically just swooping your arms

forward and backwards

focus on the center of your forehead. You can say to yourself "Ha" roll your tongue

"Ha" "Ha" as you're doing it. "Ha" silently. It's a meditation form to neutralize your mind

on your thoughts. You're not thinking about anything, you're just going back and forth.

It's working your shoulder blades as well. It's getting out your anger, so you're doing

it very ********. It's just a way to get out all that tension in your body that you're

carrying around with you. It can come out in different ways that you're not aware of,

you know, how you talk to people. I see a lot of people sometimes give me lots of negative

comments. I think to myself, "They could do this for themselves and they would feel better.

They have a lot of anger inside." So this is a great way to just get your anger out.

Plus it's great for your shoulder blades and works your chest muscles.

And it's just a great way to meditate and not think about anything for a couple of minutes.
