Well, this is it. I am, this is a, I mean they just remodeled it so this is a brand new slate right here.
It's gorgeous. Yeah, the homeowners did a total renovation on it. They're really, really happy with how it looks.
We still have the original woodwork up here. So they tried to keep a little bit of the old charm with it
while still having some amazing views of the ocean right outside. It's so beautiful. What do you think?
I think it's incredible. Yeah. I mean the view is just pretty fantastic.
And we still have the fire place over here for all those really cool nights in LA. So, we've got that fire place.
