Plugged baker making mini cheese cakes naked in the kitchen

I want to try to do is I want to make mini cheesecakes.

Using muffin pans.

I'm not sure if that's going to work or not, but I'm going to give it a try.

My idea is that it's going to turn out into more of a tart.

Like a tiny little tart with a cheesecake.

Yeah, we'll see how that goes.

Okay, so this is kind of what I was going for.

Just a cupcake tray and yeah, mini cheesecakes.

I'm a little worried that the cheesecake itself might stick, but being that it is cheesecake

and it is greasy, I am hoping that I don't need to overly grease this pan.

Yeah.

I had the melted butter bowl or the bowl that I use to melt the butter in the sink and uh,

oh there she goes.

She's had her fill.

I guess butter is better than milk.

Or she's just taking whatever she can get.

I don't know.

She's a good kitty.

Sometimes mischievous though.

But I don't blame her for that.

She's just a cat.

Other than being slightly mischievous, she's a very good girl.
