My refried black beans are done.

I go back and check on my cocktail beanies.

I take them out of the fryer, pulse it a couple times

to get some texture.

Make sure before I clean it up that I taste it a little bit.

So I did a hot dog and a stone aged AUT.

There's some jack cheese in there, a refried black bean,

and some yellow tomatoes, cilantro, and some lemon.

All the components of it are in there,

like the cheese, like the protein.

But I'm not really understanding the protein inside.

It's not coming through as a certain flavor profile

like a Mexican, like a taco meat.

It's really coming through like a pastrami,

so it almost tastes like a pastrami burrito.

I have a chorizo based chorizo,

and on top you have a very light tomato and jalapeno salsa with cheese.
