Welcome to Naked in the Kitchen.

Finally making another episode.

This is going to be the first episode on a new camera.

You might notice it feels a little different in here from usual.

It's because my Macbook that you remember that was like ************ and I had so many

problems with, I'm kind of having to put it into partial retirement for the time being

and now I'm using my different computer that I just don't normally, I haven't been using

as much.

So we're going to see how that turns out for a Naked in the Kitchen video.

So that will be exciting.

So yeah, in addition to that, today we're going to be making more vegan cookies.

I've already shown you a couple of vegan cookie recipes.

I've shown you the banana and oats cookie recipe.

I've shown you the pumpkin and oat and cranberry recipe.

This one is going to be vegan thumbprints.

So we're going to make thumbprints and then we're going to, you know, we put the thumb,

make the little indent in there and then we're going to use my fresh apricot jam.

So these are going to be vegan, gluten-free, allergy-friendly, delicious, fresh apricot

thumbprints.

So that'll be really cool.
