I've been doing yoga for I think a little over 10 years.
I tried doing Bikram for a while and it was way too hard for me.
So I like like a natural flow yoga.
I know there's a term for it but it's not coming to mind right now.
The thing that I love about yoga the most probably is the body awareness that it gives
me especially in the job that I do.
It helps me pose and just being able to, I don't know how to explain it, once you do
it a lot you start noticing little things and even just being able to do like a simple
body scan and figure out like what parts of your body need to be stretched.
It's really nice and very relaxing and kind of helps you calm yourself down and get yourself
in a good head space.
Not to mention like the good practical aspects of being able to go into the splits and that
kind of shit, you know what I mean, and handstands.
I just feel like it's kind of everything.
It helps with centering your mind, not to sound cheesy, but being able to breathe in
difficult situations and I feel like no matter how strong you are, if you don't have the
flexibility then you're not really that strong.
You know, true strength lies in mobility plus strength.
So yeah, I'm just a little yoga hoe.
